This video gives you a simple drill to do that teaches you how to deliver maximum Leg Drive to move maximum weights.

The second video explains two of the most common things we hear in the gym:
Spread the Floor
Push your knees out
These are awesome cues, but a cue is only good if you understand what it means.
More often than not, they are misinterpreted.
The video should make a light bulb go off in your head.
Hopefully it also makes white lights go off at your next meet with a bigger Squat and Pull.
